You’ve completed one of Decathlon Coach’s training programs, but it keeps showing up in your ongoing programs, even though all the sessions have been completed?
HOW TO PREVENT IT FROM APPEARING AGAIN?
We are still investigating the cause of the issue, but we know it typically happens when you’re logged into Decathlon Coach on multiple devices (another phone, tablet). To refresh your program list, simply:
- Uninstall the app from your other device
- Log out from all devices where you’re logged in
- (Optional) Change your password if possible. When you log back in, your ongoing programs list should update automatically.
