It is possible to add a workout manually from the website decathloncoach.com or from the app:
FROM THE WEBSITE DECATHLONCOACH.COM
Once logged in, on the homepage:
- Click on the 'Add a Workout' button, then click on 'Add a Workout Manually.'
- Select the sport to be associated with this workout.
- Enter the details of your workout (workout title, date, duration, etc.).
- Click on 'Save' at the bottom of the page to save your workout!
FROM THE APP
- Go to 'My Tracking'
- Click on 'All My Workouts'
- Click on 'Add'
- Choose the sport
- Fill in the required information
- Save
