Feeling a bit demotivated? Without even noticing, your activity rhythm can drop. The "Statistics" screen will help you manage your training and get back on track :)
HOW TO ACCESS THIS SCREEN?
Open the app and select the "My Progress" tab. Scroll down and tap "View All" under the "Statistics" section.
The "Statistics" screen is not meant for tracking performance but rather for monitoring the "quantity" of sport you do. You can choose the metric that motivates you the most and best suits your practice: distance covered, calories burned, or time spent exercising.
When you arrive on this screen, you'll see the "Month" view. The rightmost bar represents the current week. The goal is to do enough exercise to raise it to the same level as the previous month's bar.
Switch to Landscape Mode
Nicolas, our designer, added a landscape view to see the charts in full screen. Simply rotate your phone horizontally.
Distance covered isn't always the best indicator for tracking regularity. If you practice multiple sports, it can be difficult to gauge your overall activity level, as one sport may take precedence over another depending on the season. Plus, a kilometer on a bike isn't the same as a kilometer running or swimming!
In this case, the Statistics Screen becomes particularly useful! You can set it to "Calories Burned" to see whether you've done more exercise this month compared to the previous one.
Accessing Statistics for a Specific Sport
If you want to check your statistics for a specific sport, select the one you’re interested in, and you’ll get a summary of your activity for that sport.
Go Back in Time
You can also take a trip back in time to compare the same month from one year to another, month to month, or even week to week.
