How to schedule your program? It's easy!
I SCHEDULE MY PROGRAM
From the home page, you have access to all our programs.
Once you've selected your sport, choose your goal and then the plan you'd like.
Enter the day(s) of your workouts, the start date, and whether or not you want to receive reminder notifications... and you're good to go!
Plus, you can combine up to 5 programs at the same time! But be careful with overtraining! ;)
