Can't find your history and don’t understand why?
No data or accounts can disappear from our servers without manual action from the user or a request to our DECATHLON Customer Service Center or DECATHLON store.
Unless there is a major display issue, which is rare.
If you can’t find all of your data, it is very likely that you have duplicate accounts and/or made a mistake when entering your login credentials.
You can log out and log in again without using the automatic credentials entry, making sure to use your usual login method (email + password, Facebook, GMAIL, or APPLE account).
If your history is still unavailable, contact our colleagues at the DECATHLON Customer Service Center (DECATHLON country website > HELP section), who will be happy to assist you.
