You’ve just downloaded Decathlon Coach to track your outdoor activities or exercise at home with our programs and training sessions. Here’s everything you need to know to use the app and understand the main features of your mobile coach!
During an outdoor session, launch the app to track your pace, distance covered, calories burned, and the GPS route of your activity in real time. With a smart heart rate belt connected via Bluetooth, you can also monitor your heart rate and effort zone to run at your own pace: the one that works for you!
Whether you log in from your smartphone or via decathloncoach.com, simply enter your username and password to access your sports profile.
THE MAIN MENU, OR HOME
When you open the app, you’ll land on this page, which greets you with a friendly “hello” (yep, that’s how we roll), your current programs, and recommendations based on your profile and past activities. While navigating the app, you can return to the main menu by clicking the "Home" button in the bottom left corner.
STARTING A FREE SESSION
Scroll down a bit on the main menu, and you’ll find a button to start a free session. What does that mean? You can simply record your bike commute, evening run, yoga session, or any other sport, whether indoors or outdoors. You can select the indicators you want to track during your session, and for outdoor activities, you’ll also get a live GPS route. Ready for a land sailing session? (Yes, that’s possible with Decathlon Coach!)

Start a program (and stick with it)
Choose a program based on your sport, training frequency, and skill level (whether you’re a complete beginner or already advanced, we’re here for you!). Once you’ve started a program, the home screen will display your ongoing programs. Don’t forget to enable notifications so you don’t miss a session!
On-demand sessions
On-demand sessions let you pick whatever suits your current goals or mood. It’s the perfect solution to create fitness and wellness routines, like evening stretches, or to explore new sports!
MY FOLLOW-UP : HOW TO MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS
Working out is great, but tracking your progress makes it even better! In the "Follow-up" tab, you’ll find all the information from your sessions and can compare your activities.
SESSION HISTORY
Find all your past sessions by clicking on "All my sessions." You can also manually add a workout to your activity log by clicking the + icon.
STATISTICS
The "Statistics" section gives you an overview of your sports activities. You’ll see a summary of your sessions, filter by sport and type of stat (duration, number of sessions, calories, distance, etc.), and admire the results of your hard work and dedication!
TRACK YOUR WEIGHT
Do you have a Geonaute connected scale, or do you just want to monitor your weight? Enter your physiological data by clicking on "All my weigh-ins."
READ OUR TIPS
Achieve your sports goals with our app! In addition to tracking your activities, enjoy a complete "advice" section. You will find expert recommendations on training, nutritional tips to optimize your performance, and guides to choose the ideal equipment for your discipline.
